Why is the business being sold? I am selling this business because I have decided that I do not want to continue developing it. In fact, I'm getting out of the software business altogether for now because I have some other ventures that are currently demanding 100% of my time and attention. Please understand that I have over 50 websites, and several of them are showing signs of being even more profitable than this one! So hopefully it's understandable that I need to focus on those particular ventures.
The other thing about Supreme Web Traffic is that I don't think it's fair to the customers for me to hold onto it if I'm not going to continue to develop it and evolve it over the years. Since I know I'll be asked, I should also mention that it does not take very much time to run this business. We typically spend about 10 minutes a day answering sales questions via email, and we typically spends less than an hour a day handling tech support. So if you were planning on doing both sales and support yourself, you could feasibly run the business in one hour per day.
As with any business, you can probably make more money by investing more time in it. Over the past months, I have spent a lot of time developing affiliate marketers and JV partners for this business, which has resulted in its rapid growth. I would say a wise way to run this business would be to spend an hour a day taking care of the necessities, and then spend a couple hours on marketing and relationships. At that time, we will switch the payment method to the new owner's choice, and revenues received starting at that point will be collected by the new owner. | DEBTS: The business does not have any outstanding debts and thus the buyer is only acquiring the assets of the company including, but not limited to, its brand, domain names, website design, unique concept, current customer database, etc. Since I am retaining my payment accounts, I will assume any future refunds from current customers, so it's truly debt free. |
